Shipping Policy:

Welcome to our shipping page. Listed below are our most current shipping policies designed to make your decision an easy one. Please send any inquiries or request for additional information to customercare@brookitch.com.  

Online orders will only be shipped to valid addresses in the United States. Additionally, we do not currently offer shipping to addresses within Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.  

Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Standard shipping charges will be calculated during check out and are based on the destination address. Customer orders will be processed within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours depending on demand. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

 

Return Policy:

Brookitch is fully committed to creating the best products for our valued customers. We strive to also provide an excellent customer service experience. Shop with ease knowing that if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items up to 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping. Listed below are the terms of our return policy. Please contact us with any inquiries that you may have regarding our shipping policy by using the customer contact form or via email at customercare@brookitch.com. 

  • Items must be returned to us within 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding the cost of shipping.
  • Items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the safety and or freshness seal are opened.
  • Brookitch is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for refunds or exchanges to be processed once we have received them.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 7 days for processing depending on your bank, credit card company, or financial institution.
  • The cost of shipping for refunds or replacements that are a result of an error on our part (ex: wrong item shipped) will be covered by Brookitch in order to ensure no extra cost to our valued customers.

 

Please note the following:

  • All returns or exchanges must be post marked no later than 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Please be sure to include the packing slip with your return.
  • We recommend that you retain a record of the tracking number as well as a copy of the packing slip for the return that you are shipping back.
